Description
It is the intent of the Texas Education
Agency (TEA) to solicit proposals on behalf of The Texas Council for
Developmental Disabilities (TCDD) to provide audit quality monitoring services
for Grants in accordance with procedures
listed in the Uniform Guide for Desk Reviews of Single Audit Reports published
by the Council of Inspectors General of Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE) based
on the requirements of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Uniform
Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for
Federal Award (Uniform guidance or 2 CFR Part 200) for desk reviews of audit
reports for fiscal year 2023 and later. The selected Contractor(s) will provide
TCDD with deliverables as specified in this RFQ.
