Description

The Société nationale des chemins de fer luxembourgeois (SNCFL) has embarked on a process of digitising its existing assets (buildings/infrastructure). Within the framework of the use of the BIM process, it will be necessary to carry out laser scanning of the existing assets before the project. These models will be used as a basis for the development of the project or, if necessary, to carry out specific and punctual laser surveys.
The "laser survey" mission includes the following tasks (list exhaustive): (non-exhaustive list).Laser survey mission:- surveys of the existing built heritage (buildings, bridges, tunnels, sections of tracks...);- laser surveys can also be used for the management of a building or a real estate heritage. It is indeed sometimes essential to be able to follow the evolution of geometrical data over time or simply to be able to spatially locate a building or an architectural element in a larger whole;- various railway laser surveys;- laser surveys on the project's foundation grounds;- laser surveys including the civil and technical engineering aspects (= electrical engineering and air conditioning, ventilation, heating and sanitary engineering) as well as the railway infrastructure partPost-processing mission:- the conformity check of the requirements of the laser surveys will be done using the files resulting from the processing of the point clouds;- the Recap Pro software will be used for the visualization and verification of the laser surveys in order to guarantee the continuity of the BIM process;- the contractor will guarantee the presence of the desired information in the model resulting from the laser survey, the deliverables:-- rendering of the point cloud in color;-- 360 images;-- laser survey for the projects in the format . e57, .rcp, .xyz, .pts, .las and .laz formats according to the needs of the project owner;- the point cloud rendering will be done at least in .rcp format. The languages of the project are French and German.
