Ireland - Design, Provision and Installation of Jogging / Activity Track / Walkway & ancillary works for the Carrigaline Park Co. Cork

The general descriptions and scope of the works detailed below are to be read in conjunction with the other supporting documents for the Jogging synthetic track works and footpath works. See attached PDF/DWG survey and Satellite image of route proposal.

The new 1.5m wide running track measures 220m long within the park, it will connect to a new surfaced tar macadam path 2.6m wide measures 290m long (also this contract).

A section of the Tar macadam path will require 1.2m high galvanised tube frame & wire mesh fencing to waterside edge to match fencing already insitu in park along path edge, photo in appendix of same. The new tar macadam path will tie into existing tar macadam footpaths.

Surface coating of 130lm 2.6m wide new tar macadam paths, and Surface coating of 80lm 2.6m wide existing tar macadam paths.
The installation of a new Conipur JP Eco Jogging track system (Or similar comparable running surface), details of which are contained in this specification, must be constructed such that it conforms to the requirements of the above codes and standards.
