It is the intent of the British Columbia Housing Management Commission (“BC Housing”) to conduct a two-stage solicitation process initiated with this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFPQ”). A second solicitation will be issued to only those successful Respondents that are prequalified.This RFPQ is an invitation by BC Housing to prospective Respondents to submit Responses to become pre-qualified to participate in a solicitation for Design Build Services for construction of a women’s supportive housing to be located in Lower Mainland BC, as further described in Appendix A – Scope of Work.
