Under the terms of this contract, the delegatee will be entrusted with the tasks described in the bidding regulations (RC). The delegatee will operate the service at its own risk. Remuneration will be derived from operating revenues generated by the activities for which it is responsible. The delegatee must pay the Commune a fee for occupying the public domain, the terms of which are described in the RC.
