Description
The purpose of the contract is to design and produce noise maps as part of the implementation of the second paragraph of article L. 572-10 of the Environmental Code, in order to enable the representatives of the State in each département to apply their power of substitution under this second paragraph, and to take the place of local authorities which have not produced their noise map in application of 2° of article L. 572-4 of the Environmental Code. These noise maps are notified to the European Commission by the Direction Générale de la Prévention des Risques.
