Lot 1.0 Non-structural demolition, TM1
The Free State of Saxony intends to create a centre for arrival, decision and repatriation (anchor) in Dresden.It is planned to demolish the non-structural components in the existing building before the start of the structural work.The tender includes the following services:- 3.700 m2 demolition of floor structure, screed- 3,700 m2 demolition of floor and slab coverings- 120 m2 demolition of masonry- 1,000 m2 demolition of ceiling coverings- 5,000 m2 demolition of lightweight walls, facing shells- 280 St demolition of door elements- 580 t disposal of mixed construction and demolition waste (without hazardous materials)- 5.300 m2 demolition hazardous materials suspended ceilings- 6,200 m2 demolition hazardous materials drywall (KMF)- 3,800 m2 demolition hazardous materials interior wall plaster- 1,200 t disposal mixed construction and demolition waste (incl. hazardous materials)- 60,000 m demolition electrical cables, electrical lines- 1,100 St demolition lamps- 4,500 m demolition pipelines- 235 St demolition radiators- 60 St demolition sanitary objects- 3 St demolition elevator system (cable elevator system)
