Description
The work covered by this contract is located at 929, avenue Roland-Beaudin, in the borough of Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge, and includes, but is not limited to:
Excavation of embankments above the wading pool;
Removal of existing agricultural drains placed over the wading pool in the backfill to be excavated;
Demolition of reinforced concrete wading pool;
Placement of compacted backfill layers;
Exterior layout of wading pool site, indicating slopes, surface materials, drainage principles and utility connections (if required);
Grading of all existing surfaces to be retained (concrete paving, building cleanliness strips, access road, etc.);
Decommission drainage and plumbing lines.
It is important to note that the redevelopment of other parts of the park, as well as structures such as the sanitary building and outdoor stage, are not part of this project.
