Construction site equipment for the tendered services: Activation of the "Children's Hospital" building, including activation and partial relocation of media/waste water, water and gas systems/heat distribution networks/electrical engineering, telecommunications, water piping/earthworks, including topsoil work, approx. 9,275 cbm excavation work, demolition of shafts, underground pipes and ducts, demolition of Children's Hospital (House C), including total building demolition of House C, building data: - building class 5/mixed construction method: -Reinforced concrete skeleton construction (1st basement ground floor and 4 upper floors)/wall construction (2nd basement)/reinforced concrete ribbed ceilings,- year of construction: 1965,- gross floor area: approx. 7 600 m2,- gross volume: approx. 25 100 m3,- floor heights: 3.40 m (basement), 3.25 m (ground floor and upper floors), 2.95 m (attic),- floor area: approx. 1 000 m2,- heights: up to approx. 20.60 m above ground level, up to approx. 7.50 m below ground level incl.:- removal of components containing asbestos, weakly bonded/removal of components containing asbestos, bonded,- removal of components containing KMF, PAK and PCB.
