The market town of Kösching is planning the redevelopment of the "Freibad Kösching", an open-air swimming pool consisting of a 50 m swimming pool with a diving pit and diving attractions (1 m, 3 m, 5 m platform, 1 m and 3 m diving board), a non-swimmer's pool with a tube slide and a paddling pool. 904 m2 after the renovationof which combi-pool new: approx. 889 m2paddling pool new: approx. 85 m2The planning of the project envisages that the existing swimmer's pool including diving pit will be deliberately only partially demolished (old pool head will be broken off by means of a separating cut) and replaced by a new combi-pool in stainless steel, which was designed with different areas for young and old. The existing non-swimmers' pool with its tube slide and the existing paddling pool will be demolished. The "paddling area" will be completely redesigned and reorganized and will include a paddling pool with different levels, a splash area, a play stream, a new tube slide, as well as various seating and lying areas. The paddling pool and the splash area are also shaded by large sun sails, and a new ramp system on the south side of the paddling area not only ensures barrier-free use of the swimming pool and paddling area, but also integrates the infrastructure facilities into this new path system, so that all areas of the pool are now accessible without barriers. In concrete terms, this means that the existing wooden construction of the swimming pool master building, which sits on the existing solidly constructed technical floor, will be demolished. A new timber frame building with a ventilated timber façade and a spacious pergola will be erected on the same site. The swimming master room, 2 separate toilet facilities and a nappy-changing room will be accommodated in this building, and the water technology for the outdoor pool will be completely renewed for this area. The new facility will be built with 5 filters for 2 water circuits. The plant with 4 filters supplies the swimmer pool. A new splash water tank is required for the installation. The piping is done with plastic pipes in the outside area. The technical basement is already existing and partly covered with the bathing water technology of the indoor pool. The tanks of the children's pool will be renovated and reused. For children's pools, a separate circuit will be set up. The chlorine gas system of the indoor pool will be extended and used for the outdoor pool. The rinsing processes are to be coordinated with the indoor pool (common rinsing plan) The existing seating steps at the swimmer's pool will be renovated and made more attractive. The adjacent pool surrounds will also be included in this renovation and will receive new paving slabs, 2 outdoor showers and flanking new planting.
The Markt Kösching renews and redevelops the swimming pools at the outdoor pool at Weidhausstraße. The new combination pool, paddling pool, spals - area, slides and play stream (without the diving platforms) will be renovated. The object of this tender is the demolition of the open-air pool and outdoor facilities, including the complete demolition of the individual buildings and facility components, partial excavation, removal of underground pipes, safety and health measures, scaffolding, construction of a site road, concrete drilling and cutting work, removal of part of the current swimming-pool master rooms on the ground floor, provisional sealing of the ceiling of the swimming-pool master rooms.Concrete demolition: approx. 1,000 m3;- Concrete recycling: approx. 1,000 m3;- Concrete cutting work. approx. 150 m2.
