If the supervised visit of the site is mandatory, the deadline to make an appointment is February 26, 2019 at 1:30 p.m., at the following email address: immeubles.soumissions@ville.montreal.qc.ca.
Visits will be held from February 18 to 27, 2019 inclusive, according to the following schedule: 8:00 am - 9:30 am - 11:00 am - 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm (except Saturday and Sunday).
Individuals and companies interested in this contract may obtain bid documents by contacting the Electronic Tendering Service (OTS) by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856-6600, or by visiting the website www.seao.ca. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the OACS.
Each bid must be placed in a sealed envelope with the identification provided in the annex to the tender document.
The bids received will be opened publicly in the offices of the Registry Service at City Hall, immediately after the expiry of the deadline for their receipt.
Ville de Montréal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation of any kind whatsoever towards the bidder or bidders.
