Description
Under the 2020 SICAP Programme, we are offering clients the opportunity to partake in a one week Life Coaching Programme. The aim of the Programme is provide pre-development support to enable people enter life-long learning or to progress along the education continuum by building key skills through life coaching. This will include addressing any underlying barriers which may be preventing the client progressing in education and/or employment. We propose to deliver up to 5 Life Coaching Programmes in 2020. Number of programmes may change subject to demand.
Programme Details
Each Life Coaching programme will involve a total of 5 workshops. Each workshop will last 3 hours and suggested topics may include:
• Identifying Skills and Achievements
• Overcoming barriers to progression
• Increasing self-awareness
• Motivation
• Setting individual goals
• Providing feedback both on strengths and areas for development
• Increasing client confidence and sense of well-being
• Developing the ability to change
• Improving work–life balance
• Opportunities to explore personal, relationship, life and work performance issues
