II.1.5) Total estimated value: Value excluding VAT: 53,000,000 euros II.1.6) Information on lots: This contract is divided into lots: no II.2) DESCRIPTION II.2.1) Title: Lot no.: II.2.2) Additional CPV code(s) Main CPV code: 60112000 Additional descriptor: II.2.3) Place of performance NUTS code: FRC13 Main place of performance: II.2.4) Description of services: Public service delegation for the operation of mobility services for the Grand Chalon agglomeration community - The main tasks entrusted to the Concessionaire are as follows: - The operation of mobility services within the territorial jurisdiction of the local authority; - The upkeep and maintenance of the movable and immovable assets required to operate the service (including the bus station); - The supply of all the resources, equipment and human resources required for operation, other than the assets made available by the local authority; - The upkeep, monitoring and maintenance of the major equipment (rolling stock, operating assistance system, on-board ticketing system, kiosks, agencies and stops (stations), etc.) belonging to the Concessionaire.The financing and acquisition of "small equipment" (office equipment, tools, service vehicles, IT equipment, etc.) required for operation.Management of all customer relations, design, proposal and implementation of marketing initiatives; - Designing and implementing information, customer development and network promotion initiatives, under the supervision of the local authority; - Informing and advising the local authority; - Setting up and regularly checking up-to-date, reliable passenger information at all stops, as defined jointly with the delegating authority; - Operation and maintenance of the ticketing system, including management, control and collection of traffic revenues and fares; - Operation and maintenance of an operating assistance and passenger information system; - Installation, operation and maintenance of traffic-light priority management equipment installed in vehicles; - Operation and maintenance of the in-vehicle video-protection system; - Gathering of statistical information (including ridership by line, boardings by stop, etc.); - Keeping of a database of the company's activities.A mission to advise and assist the Delegating Authority in decision-making when requested, in particular for the introduction of new technologies or the implementation of new services, or for any other service modification. To this end, the Concessionaire will maintain a technology watch, enabling it to keep the Delegating Authority regularly informed of any changes encountered. The award procedure includes a mandatory variant. All bidders must include the following services in their alternative bids: Design and implementation of the bus depot's energy conversion according to the functional program provided in the tender documents.
