To this end, the Concessionaire will maintain a technology watch, enabling it to keep the Delegating Authority regularly informed of any changes encountered. The award procedure includes a mandatory variant. All bidders must include the following services in their alternative bids: Design and implementation of the bus depot's energy conversion according to the functional program provided in the tender documents.
