Description

As the operator and responsible body of the day care centre, the Contractor shall ensure its operation in its own pedagogical and economic responsibility. an operator contract and a rental contract for the premises between the Contractor and the HZG with a term of 6 years each shall be concluded for the operation of the day care centre. the day care centre has 40 places for children between the ages of 8 weeks and 12 years in accordance with the current operating permit, namely:- up to 10 places each in 2 crèches (from 8 weeks up to the 3rd day of the month). The owner may increase the group size to 22 children on his own responsibility if he reports the increase in the group size to the authority responsible for the operating permit. In addition, school-age children may be looked after in the multi-purpose room (movement room) of the day-care centre during holiday periods if required. The group size is normally a maximum of 15 children. The opening hours of the day care centre are at least from Monday to Friday uninterruptedly 10.5 hours in the time of at least 7:30-18:00 o'clock. The facilities must be open on all working days (Mondays to Fridays), which do not fall on any public holiday in the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein, as childcare close to the company. There must be no closing times, e.g. company holidays. During the client's company holidays, the day care centre may also close or restrict the childcare hours after prior consultation with the client, provided that there is no need for childcare. The focus of childcare is on "research and discovery". The educational plans/the educational programme and/or the guidelines on the educational mandate in child day care facilities in the state of Schleswig-Holstein must be adhered to. For children of employees of the HZG who do not have a childcare place in the daycare center, short-term and free emergency care must be guaranteed within the scope of the operating permit. The scope of emergency care is limited to a maximum of 20 days/year/child. This emergency care can also be used by the employees of the HZG to bridge the holiday periods of their school-age children. The care of the children is taken over exclusively by pedagogically qualified employees (state-recognised or graduate social pedagogues as well as diploma pedagogues, state-recognised educators, state-recognised child carers, state-recognised curative pedagogues or diploma pedagogues).For the respective groups, the necessary personnel must be ensured in accordance with §§ 4 ff. of the State Ordinance on Minimum Requirements for the Operation of Child Day Care Facilities and for Child Day Care Services (Child Day Care Facilities and Day Care Ordinance - KiTaVO).The Contractor must provide all catering for the children. Only freshly prepared and child-friendly food should be offered in accordance with the quality criteria in the KiTa catering of the Ministry of Social Affairs in Schleswig-Holstein in accordance with the DGE quality standards for catering in day care facilities or in consideration of the "Bremen Checklist" for children's meals.
