Description

Support for the operation of the funding information and project management system FIPS as well as necessary adaptation developments, in particular for the creation of accessibility and mapping of new funding modalities for the period from 1.5.2019 to 30.4.2023 In particular, the following services are to be provided:- Support FIPS as well as- Adaptation development FIPS with regard to:-- New or changed funding programmes,-- Accessibility,-- Implementation OSCI,-- Other adaptation developments which arise as a result of new or changed legal regulations or from the support.This essentially comprises in the area of:- development services the step-by-step implementation of the previous form modules in APEX,-- accompaniment of the step-by-step implementation of the previous ELAN modules/forms by means of form server CIT Intelliform,-- programming of the interfaces required for this on the BayDISCUR side, in particular implementation of OSCI,-- implementation of new funding programmes (both with regard to processing masks/tables and workflows; updating of the data model).- Support services-- 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support (support of users such as applicants and administrators as well as the operator technically and organizationally in German language), Mon - Fri, 08.00 - 18.00 with a reaction time < 3 h,-- the performance of the SPoC function for all participants.
