Description

Supply of LIMS software for the LA2D transverse program, the Netlab network laboratories and DDSD clients, and provision of corrective, adaptive and perfective third-party application maintenance (TMA) for a period of two years.
3.1 - Firm services Deployment of a "LIMS" type software on the LA2D transverse program and the Amialab and Nuclab laboratories of Marcoule, as well as two years of corrective, adaptive and perfective third-party application maintenance (TMA) for all the LIMS beneficiary laboratories. The LIMS is deployed first on the LA2D transverse program, and then, subsequently, on the two laboratories mentioned above. The deployment is carried out according to the following stages - Part 1: detailed needs analysis and mock-up phase,- Part 2: parameterization, development and testing phase,- Part 3: qualification phase,- Part 4: production start-up and training phase,- Part 5: VSR (Regular Service Verification) phase,- Part 6: warranty phase,- Part 7: TMA phase (2 years).3.2 Optional services - Option n°1: First additional period of corrective, adaptive and perfective third-party application maintenance (TMA) of 12 months- Option n°2: Second additional period of corrective, adaptive and perfective third-party application maintenance (TMA) of 12 months- Option n°3: Deployment of the LIMS on the LASE laboratory- Option n°4 : Deployment of the LIMS on the LMAT laboratory- Option n°5 : Deployment of the LIMS on the LARC laboratory- Option n°6 : Deployment of the LIMS on the Laboratory of the Phénix installation- Option n°7 : Outgoing reversibility Option n°7 is divided into 2 phases: - Knowledge transfer (fixed invoicing) - Support (invoicing on FDMDP)3.3 - Services based on a Change Request Form (CRF) The services based on the CRF concern the evolutionary third-party application maintenance (TMA) services as well as the "Support" phase of option n°7. These services can also concern the realization of modifying services directly related to the market object.
