Description

The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of a new domain system (referred to, for the purposes of these proceedings, as SD) for handling taxes and fees, financial and accounting services, human resources, educational platform, domain systems for organizational units and a customer portal. The subject matter of the contract is the delivery of a new domain system (called SD for the purposes of these proceedings) to support records of taxes and fees, financial and accounting services, human resources, educational platform, domain systems for organizational units and customer portal. The planned contract provides for modernization/replacement of the system for electronic handling of documents (referred to as EZD for the purpose of these proceedings), as well as integration of the field and education system with this system, which will enable exchange of data between the systems. The possibility to submit a letter or an application electronically to the office, signed electronically by the customer, will be provided by dedicated forms developed for this purpose and placed on the platform of electronic services of public administration ePUAP, which will also provide tools for the submission of an "electronic signature" using a free trusted profile (PZ).The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with access to the databases of the possessed IT systems (on-site visit) and the possibility to familiarize with the structures of the tables in the databases of the possessed systems. Access to the databases of the possessed IT systems can be granted after prior arrangement of the Contractor's visit and after settling the rules of access to the protected personal data. The order is financed from the program "Increasing accessibility of e-services for the city of Starachowice" under the Regional Operational Program of Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship for 2014-2020 (RPOWŚ 2014-2020), priority axis 7. Efficient public services, action 7.1 development of e-society"
