Description

The holder shall provide DGAC with a searchable database via an Internet connection containing all O/D flows of world air passengers, specifying in particular the airports of origin, connection and final destination as well as the airlines used on each section. It can be queried via at least 2 types of requests:- O/D requests: flows of passengers travelling between a point of origin and a point of destination whatever their itinerary, including if they use one or more connections,- "segment" or "leg" requests: flows of passengers travelling on a segment (direct flights operated between two points), whatever their true origins or destinations.regarding frequency, DGAC wishes to obtain at least monthly data, with a 10-year history. This database consists of MIDT data supplemented by other sources for O/Ds or carriers not included in travel agency reservation systems. The data are therefore restated and reflect all global air traffic (i.e. they include direct sales by airlines, charter airline passengers and low-cost airline passengers).
