Description

The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the creation, implementation, provision of access for the duration of the contract, maintenance and installation on IBE servers and development of a chatbot - Virtual Assistant, implemented on the website of the Integrated Register of Qualifications (hereinafter: ZRK). Chatbot will perform the following roles: 1) guide to the ZRK, 2) guide to the ZSK, and 3) assistant for basic vocational counseling limited in scope to the ZRK. The different roles are discussed in the following section.The ordered tool will answer questions asked in natural language about a predefined domain. The resources necessary for training the chatbot will be drawn from a corpus (or corpora) of texts prepared in consultation with the Contractor
The subject of the contract is the service of creating, implementing, providing access for the duration of the contract, maintenance and installation on IBE servers and development of the chatbot - Virtual Assistant, implemented in the Integrated Qualifications Register website.Resources necessary for training the chatbot will be drawn from a corpus (or corpora) of texts prepared in consultation with the Contractor, which will consist of: a) descriptions of qualifications and learning outcomes taken from the Integrated Qualifications Register (through the API);b) 8 model dialogs stylized as a natural conversation between various career counselors and their clients: conversation of a school counsellor with a primary school student and a secondary school student, conversation of an academic counsellor with a student and a graduate, conversation of a labour office counsellor with an unemployed person, conversation of a personnel counsellor with a person returning to the labour market or a person seeking retraining, conversation of a career counsellor with a person planning a career path;c) 1000 pairs of statements: question/issue - answer; representing fragments of conversations on professional development, education or other issues related to building a professional path;d) 170 questions collected from participants of seminars and workshops on the MCC;e) publications made available on the MCC website (https://kwalifikacje.gov.pl/), publications are understood here as both the content published on the website, as well as a library of publications in PDF and text format, currently including 53 documents of varying complexity (guides, tables, diagrams).Chatbot will support the process of vocational guidance at the basic level and to the extent enabled by the data content in ZRK, and in the future may use for this guidance also other applications created by the IBE.
