The daily education news digest keeps Department employees informed by presenting the most significant education articles of the day, collected from social media, newspapers, broadcast transcripts, blogs, news magazines, wire services and other outlets. This digest shall be sent to employees in an email summary and shall also be available on a contractor provided website that shall be accessible by Department employees only. Employees shall also be able to print the daily summary in a reader friendly format.
The period of performance shall be one 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods.
All questions in response to this solicitation must be received at or before 10:00am Eastern Time on May 22nd, 2019.
The technical and business quotes must be received at or before 10:00am Eastern Time on June 05th, 2019.
This requirement is not set-aside and is full and open competition.
