Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council is seeking to create a multiparty framework (cascade system) for the drawdown of development, advisory and support services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Office 365 products.It is envisaged that Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council will require access to professional services for a range of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related Office 365 products requirements including, but not limited to, the following:— systems/business analysis— solutions development— systems maintenance— Dynamics 365 support— user adoption, knowledge transfer, change management and training,— mobile solutions— trusted advisor— documentation— build to share— end of contract handover.
