Curbing and paving work on Guy-Poulin and J.-A.-Doyon avenues
The City of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce is requesting tenders for the work described below:

Removal of existing pavement;
Repair of existing curbs;
Molded concrete curbs;
Bituminous asphalt;
Repair of backs.


The asphalt work covers nearly 1,800 linear metres of streets owned by the City of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce.
Tender documents will be available on the Système électronique d'Appel d'Offres (SEAO) website at www.seao.ca (notice number: 1 852 507). Obtaining the documents is subject to this organization's fees.
Your bid must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Appel d'offres 24-617 - Bordures et pavage pour les avenues Guy-Poulin et J.-A.-Doyon" and addressed to 125-A, rue du Parc, Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce (Québec) G0S 2V0 .
Tenders must be received before 10 a.m. on June 27, 2024. Bids will be opened at the same location, immediately following the bid closing time.
A bid security equivalent to 10% of the bid amount in the form of a bond must accompany the bid.
This contract is subject to ACCQO and ALEC.
The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and declines all responsibility in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
