PUBLIC NOTICE
Development of the Oak sector - Curbing and paving work
(PUBLIC TENDER)
The Municipality of Laurier-Station wishes to have work carried out to add five (5) service entrances, decontaminate, add and shape gravel, build curbs, pave and repair the backs in the streets of Le Beech, Le Cerisier, du Saul and du Tilleul located in the development of the Oak sector.
The specifications and tender documents can be obtained on the Electronic Bidding System (EBS) at www.seao.ca, or by contacting one of the representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856-6600. Documents can be obtained at a cost determined by the SEAO.
Only persons, companies, corporations and companies that have a place of business in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by a contract liberalization agreement applicable to the Municipality are eligible to bid.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 10% of the bid price (amount shown in the "Bid Price" section of the Bid Formula (taxes included), in the form of a certified cheque or bond.
All bids, in sealed envelopes marked "Bid - Development of the Oak Sector - Curb and Paving 2019, must be submitted to the offices of the Municipality of Laurier-Station, 121 rue Saint-André, Laurier-Station (Québec) G0S 1N0, before 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, the date and time of the public opening of bids.
The Municipality undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders submitted and will not incur any obligation, action or claim for costs or losses incurred by the tenderers as a result of such decisions. The Municipality also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract, as indicated in the tender documents.
