Description

Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for:
Separable Portion 1 - conduct Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system upgrades works Stage 1 and 2 at the Brolga Theatre in Maryborough QLD.
The Tenderer would also be required to undertake full comprehensive mechanical maintenance service of the new HVAC system for a 10 year period which would after the 12 month Defect Liability Period.
Separable Portion 2 – conduct Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) system upgrades works Stage 1 at the Hervey Bay Airport in Hervey Bay QLD.
The Tenderer would also be required to undertake full comprehensive mechanical maintenance service of the new HVAC system for a 10 year period which would after the 12 month Defect Liability Period.
