Description

The subject matter of the order is the delivery of a computed tomography scanner (along with the equipment necessary for the proper operation of the scanner in terms of performing diagnostic imaging studies: two consoles/description stations, contrast injector, ups) together with arrangement, installation and commissioning of the apparatus in the CT laboratory of the ordering party, as well as enabling full cost-free integration of the apparatus with the PACS and RIS/HIS systems owned by the ordering party, as well as performing the necessary acceptance/specialization tests and developing (as part of the price of the apparatus) complete documentation necessary to report the apparatus to the competent state sanitary inspector. Detailed description of the device (including complete equipment), description of required minimum parameters and properties of the device and description of additional requirements connected with installation of the device and its integration with systems used by the Ordering Party have been specified in appendix no. 3 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order is the delivery of a computed tomography scanner (together with the equipment necessary for the proper operation of the scanner in terms of performing diagnostic imaging examinations: two consoles/description stations, contrast injector, ups) together with arrangement, installation and commissioning of the apparatus in the CT laboratory of the ordering party, as well as enabling full cost-free integration of the apparatus with the PACS and RIS/HIS systems owned by the ordering party and performing the necessary acceptance/specialization tests and developing (within the price of the apparatus) complete documentation necessary to report the apparatus to the competent state sanitary inspector. Detailed description of the device (including complete equipment), description of required minimum parameters and properties of the device and description of additional requirements related to the installation of the device and its integration with the systems used by the ordering party have been specified in appendix no. 3 to the SWZ. The contractor's offer should not include the costs that may be incurred by the manufacturers of the PACS and RIS/HIS systems used by the contracting authority in connection with the integration of the device with these systems. It is required that the offered device and the system supporting it should be prepared for full integration with the PACS systems operated by IT4Kan and RIS/HIS by Comarch using the HL7 protocol or an equivalent protocol commonly used in medical systems. The contractor shall be obliged to design radiological shielding suitable for the installed equipment. The contractor is required to provide a minimum 24-month warranty for the offered CT scanner (including all equipment integrated with it, including lamps, syringes, technician stations, and UPS). The warranty period shall be counted from the date of the device's approval for use by Sanepid. As part of the price of the device, the Contractor shall be obliged to train the employees indicated by the ordering party in the proper operation and use of the device before handing it over for use. In addition, the Contractor shall be obliged to conduct additional training (if necessary) at a time agreed upon with the customer, for employees indicated by the customer.
