Art. 4º The Municipality of Alto Hospicio, as technical executor of the project called "CSV IMPROVEMENT OF LIGHTING ACCESS SECTOR EL BORO, COMUNA DE ALTO HOSPICIO", CODE 1-C-2023-2550, financed by the Undersecretary of Regional and Administrative Development, hereinafter SUBDERE, in the framework of the Urban Improvement Program PMU and Communal Equipment, Emergency Line, calls for public bidding to the suppliers of the item in order to execute the project, which consists of the INSTALLATION OF LIGHTING LUMINAIRES, through which it seeks to improve the conditions of movement, as well as to control the traffic conditions in the area, calls for public bidding to suppliers of the area in order to execute the project, which consists of the INSTALLATION OF LIGHTING, through which it seeks to improve the conditions of movement, as well as visual control, both for the inhabitants of the sector and the people who move to the place, mainly because the emergency care is available 24 hours a day. The above, according to the characteristics given in the present administrative and technical bases attached, in virtue of a better and efficient municipal management.
