The Municipality of Rancagua, hereinafter also the "Municipality" or the Municipality, in accordance with the powers conferred by Law No. 18,695 Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities, and those contained in Law No. 19,886 of Bases on Administrative Contracts for Supplies and Provision of Services and its Regulations, approved by D.S.
