Description

The subject of the contract is the successive purchase of fuel in a non-cash system using fuel cards for company cars and power generators and small equipment for the following entities, acting jointly: 1) City Hall of Sopot;2) City Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Sopot;3) City Cleaning Plant in Sopot;4) Roads and Greenery Management in Sopot.2Pursuant to Art. 16 par. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the Municipality of Sopot is the Contracting Authority authorised to conduct the procedure on behalf of other Contracting Authorities, which are the above mentioned Entities. The purchase of fuels for cars and power generators and small equipment will be carried out in a non-cash system, at the stations of the Contractor.5 Currently, the entities acting jointly, 80-90 % of the needs for fuel purchases are realized in the territory of their Commune. Only about 10-20 % of all needs are realized in the form of tanking "on the road", outside the Municipality. Therefore, the Contractor will be obliged to ensure the possibility of using at least one petrol and liquid fuel station, open 24 hours a day, on all days of the week, providing refuelling of vehicles (including buses), located in the Municipality of Sopot.
