Description

The subject of the contract is to grant the City of Inowrocław a long-term loan (for the period until 2032) in the amount of PLN 23,000,000.00 (say: twenty three million PLN). The City shall use the loan to finance the repayment of previously contracted liabilities under the loans.2. Availability of the loan as of 15 July 2020. - by transfer to the bank account of the City of Inowrocław.

Availability of the loan as of 15 July 2020. - transfer to the bank account of the City of Inowrocław.3The loan will be repaid in capital installments:1) in 2021 from January to November installments of PLN 83,000.00, in December installment of PLN 87,000.00 (PLN 1,000,000.00 in total);2) in 2022 from January to November installments of PLN 160,000.00, in December installments of PLN 140,000.00 (PLN 1,900,000.00 in total);3) in 2023. from January to December instalments in the amount of PLN 175,000.00 (in total PLN 2,100,000.00);4) in 2024 from January to December instalments in the amount of PLN 250,000.00 (in total PLN 3,000,000.00);5) in 2025 from January to November instalments in the amount of PLN 170,000.00, in December 130,000.00 (in total PLN 2,000,000.00);6) in 2026. from January to November instalments of PLN 335,000.00, in December PLN 315,000.00 (in total PLN 4,000,000.00);7) in 2027 from January to November instalments of PLN 420,000.00, in December PLN 380,000.00 (in total PLN 5,000,000.00);8) in 2030 from January to November instalments of PLN 83,000.00, in December PLN 87,000.00 (in total PLN 1,000,000.00);9) in 2031. from January to November instalments of PLN 83,000.00, in December PLN 87,000.00 (in total PLN 1,000,000.00);10) in 2032 from January to November instalments of PLN 170,000.00, in December PLN 130,000.00 (in total PLN 2,000,000.00);payable on the 20th of each month.2Payment of interest will be made monthly, on the 20th day of each month, starting from 20.8.2020. If the date of repayment of the loan and interest will fall on a day off, then the orderer will pay the required installment on the first business day following the designated repayment date.3. Throughout the whole credit period, the calculation of interest shall be made on the current debt on the loan. The loan should be granted on the basis of a variable interest rate, based on the WIBOR 1M reference rate plus the bank's margin offered. The offered margin may not be increased during the loan repayment period.
