Germany - Creation of service description and data maintenance for "Maintenance of building services systems" award procedure

Description

Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH is obliged under the VDMA guidelines to carry out regular maintenance on technical building systems such as heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
Furthermore, maintenance serves as a preventive measure to avoid major damage, downtime and costs.
In order to ensure and commission the service, an EU-wide tender must be carried out for the currently determined scope.
In order to commission the maintenance as part of a tender, a price-performance specification as well as a service description and the necessary documentation templates are required as a basis.
The contractor is to support rnv in this.
After completion of the project, the data and documents must be kept up to date in order to be able to commission and ensure smooth maintenance
