CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ICE SURFACES AND WINTER INFRASTRUCTURES

OPENING: July 18, 2024

Persons and companies interested in this contract may obtain the tender documents (call for tenders rules, tender form, contract and technical specifications) as of June 13, 2024, by contacting the electronic tendering system (SÉAO) on the website at the following address: www.seao.ca or by contacting customer service at 514-856-6600 in the Montreal area or 1 866 669-7326 outside Montreal. Documents may be obtained at the cost set out in the SÉAO fee schedule.

Each bid must be addressed to Me Audrey Senécal, Town Clerk and Director of Legal Services, and deposited at the Sainte-Adèle Town Hall, located at 1381, boul. de Sainte-Adèle, Sainte-Adèle, Québec J8B 1A3, by Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 11 a.m., in an opaque, sealed envelope.

Tenders will be opened at 11:01 a.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2024, in the municipal council chambers of Sainte-Adèle town hall.

The Town Council of the Town of Sainte-Adèle does not undertake to accept the best or any of the bids received, without incurring any obligation or costs of any kind to the bidder or bidders. The City may, if it is advantageous for it to do so, disregard any non-conformity of the bid if such non-conformity does not break the rule of equality between bidders and it is not required to give reasons for the acceptance or rejection of any bid.
