Minimum annual amount: EUR 1,000 excluding VAT. Maximum annual amount: EUR 30,000 excluding VAT, this lot concerns the supply of plants and garden centre accessories but also the maintenance of green spaces (including the maintenance of palm trees) at the Hôtel de région located in Marseille. The purchase of accessories may also concern the service of the Provence railways. The maximum annual contract amount is EUR 12,000 excluding VAT. This lot concerns the acquisition of new electrical equipment (pruning saw, logging saw, brush cutter...), spare parts for electrical equipment already acquired by the region and those acquired under this contract, estimates and repairs of equipment. The maximum annual contract amount is EUR 12,000 excluding VAT. The maximum annual contract amount is EUR 20,000 excluding VAT. Written appraisals and diagnoses may take place at the following main locations:- Commanderie hangar, 13015 Marseille,- 13015 Marseille archives,- 13001 Marseille Regional Hotel,- However, written appraisals and diagnoses may be carried out at other administrative sites in the region located in 04, 05, 06, 83, 84, 13. This package is partly flat-rate, for routine maintenance services (lawn mowing, hedge trimming, hedge trimming, bushes and shrubs, clearing, weeding, road cleaning, waste disposal, garbage collection) and partly with purchase orders with an annual maximum amount of EUR 100 000 excluding VAT for private and non-recurring maintenance. The estate of the Roy René hunting lodge is classified as a Zone d'accueil du public en forêt (ZAPEF) and welcomes a large number of visitors. The holder must carry out an integration action that allows access or return to employment for people with particular social or professional difficulties. This clause is applicable as follows, the hours indicated are annual: 90 hours of insertion to be carried out on the global and fixed part.
