France - Creation and maintenance of green spaces

Description

This consultation concerns the maintenance of green spaces. Place(s) of performance: sites throughout the department of Seine-Maritime. The procurement procedure used is open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code de la commande publique. The framework agreement with no minimum and with a maximum is concluded in application of Articles L. 2125-1-1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator.
For each period, there is no minimum amount and the maximum amount is EUR 80 000 excluding VAT. For each period, there shall be no minimum amount and the maximum amount shall be EUR 100 000 excluding VAT.
