Description

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of certain areas of Community interest of CINOR (Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Suzanne). The sites concerned are the Saint-Denis coastal pathway, including the adjacent pebble beach and Tamarins Park; the Sainte-Marie coastal pathway, including the adjacent pebble beach and marina; the Sainte-Suzanne coastal pathway, including the adjacent pebble beach; Bois Madame Park; and the public spaces and green spaces of the technology park and the Triangle de Saint-Denis BIA. The general objectives of this contract are to preserve the quality of the sites, landscapes and natural environments, and to allow public access to them in healthy conditions. These various sites are part of a tourism and local development dimension.
The purpose of this lot is to maintain the Saint-Denis shoreline trail and pebble beach, including the tamarind park, according to a program established at the CCTP, which includes: daily maintenance of equipment and mineral and plant surfaces, maintenance of green spaces, maintenance and cleaning of the pebble beach, maintenance of streams and gullies, compliance with health and safety rules. This lot is for the maintenance of the shoreline path and pebble beach of Sainte-Marie including the marina according to a program established at the CCTP and including in particular: daily maintenance of equipment and mineral and plant surfaces, maintenance of green spaces, maintenance and cleaning of the pebble beach, maintenance of streams and gullies, compliance with health and safety rules, maintenance of flower boxes. This lot is for the maintenance of the littoral path and the pebble beach of Sainte-Suzanne according to a program established at the CCTP and including in particular: daily maintenance of equipment and mineral and plant surfaces, maintenance of green spaces, maintenance and cleaning of the pebble beach, maintenance of streams and gullies, compliance with health and safety rules. This lot is for the maintenance of the Parc de Bois Madame according to a program established at the CCTP and including in particular: daily maintenance of equipment and mineral and plant surfaces, maintenance of green spaces, maintenance, maintenance of streams and gullies, compliance with health and safety rules. This lot is for the maintenance of public and green spaces in the Saint-Denis Technology Park according to a program established at the CCTP and including in particular the maintenance of mineral and green spaces. This lot is intended for the maintenance of public and green spaces in the Triangle de Saint-Denis BIA according to a program established at the CCTP and including in particular the maintenance of mineral and green spaces.
