Description

The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery, unloading, assembly and commissioning of 1 piece of a brand new self-propelled reachstacker type loading device for transport and handling of containers. The Reachstacker should be equipped with an integrated hydraulic gripper - spreader for transport and handling of containers, meeting the technical requirements specified in detail in the OPZ. Detailed parameters of the Device are specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.2. The subject of the order covers the technical documentation of the Device and technical acceptance of the Device in the Transport Technical Inspection in Lublin (TDT).3. Ordering party's requirements regarding warranty conditions and service of the Device:1) The warranty period cannot be shorter than 4 000 hours from the date of signing by the Ordering party the Final Acceptance Protocol without reservations.2) The warranty covers the entire Device. The warranty includes periodic inspections in accordance with the Device's Technical and Operational Documentation and technical supervision regulations. The price of the Device should include a service package (the cost of periodic inspections during the warranty period together with the cost of spare parts and consumables).3) In the event of a failure of the Equipment, their removal should take place within the following deadlines: a) in the event of a failure causing the Equipment to be taken out of operation - remove the failure within 24 hours from the date and time of reporting the failure, b) in the event of a failure whose repair technology requires the supply of spare parts not in the possession of the service (supply of parts from the central warehouse) - remove the failure within 7 calendar days from the date and time of reporting the failure.4The Contractor shall guarantee the availability of spare parts for a minimum period of 15 (fifteen) years from the date of delivery of the Equipment.4 The Contractor shall, at his own expense, conduct training in the operation and maintenance of the equipment for 15 operators and 5 conservators indicated by the Customer within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the protocol of final acceptance of the Equipment.5 The Contractor shall deliver and install the subject of the contract within 7 months from the date of signing the contract.5 A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the procedure is contained in the IVT is available on the Customer's website specified in item I.3 of the Advertisement.
