Supply of an 8x4 truck with a crane behind the cab and a hook loader system for the Rovereto Volunteer Fire Department.
The Municipality of Rovereto, by resolution of the Council no. 281 of December 7, 2021, by delegation of the Rovereto Voluntary Fire Brigade, has ordered the assignment of the supply of an 8x4 lorry with crane at the back of the cab and hooklift system for the Rovereto Voluntary Fire Brigade. Total amount on auction: 235,000.00 euros, net of tax. Safety charges due to interference risks amount to € 0.00.The awarding takes place through an open procedure and with application of the criterion of the economically most advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, with TELEMATIC SUBMISSION ON SAP-SRM SYSTEM OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE DOCUMENTATION, the DOCUMENTATION CONSTITUTING THE TECHNICAL OFFER and the ECONOMIC OFFER in the manner indicated in the tender specifications, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18 April 2016, as amended. - Public Contracts Code (hereinafter: Code) and of articles 16 and 17 of the Provincial Law of 9 March 2016 no. 2 and subsequent amendments - Provincial Law implementing the European directives on public contracts 2016 (hereinafter: Provincial Law no. 2/2016), and of the Provincial Law of 23 March 2020 no. 2.The complete tender documentation is available within the tender environment on the SAP SRM System, section PUBLIC EVIDENCE TENDERS, accessible from the website https://www.acquistionline.pat.provincia.tn.it (Access e-procurement services) after registration. The call for tenders, the tender specifications, the Special Tender Specifications and the Resolution of the Municipal Council of Rovereto no. 281 dd. 7 December 2021 are also available on the following websites: https://www.comune.rovereto.tn.it/ - https://www.vvfrovereto.it/ - https://contrattipubblici.provincia.tn.it/.Il bidders must submit their bids exclusively through the SAP-SRM SYSTEM, in accordance with the procedures described in the "Operating Guide - RESPONSE TO TELEMATIC TENDERS - SUPPLIERS" and in the Tender Specifications.The appointment of a Technical Committee is not envisaged since the scores relating to the technical offer are calculated on the basis of exclusively mathematical criteria (technical score: 70 points; economic score: 30 points).Pursuant to art. 12 "Delivery terms and penalties" of the Special Tender Specifications, the supply is carried out within 300 consecutive calendar days from the stipulation of the contract.It is foreseen a period of guarantee - assistance regulated by art. 4 of the Special Tender Specifications: in particular the vehicle will be guaranteed for a period of at least 24 months from the date of delivery to the Rovereto Volunteer Fire Brigade. A training course on the use of the vehicle is foreseen for a minimum number of 16 drivers.
