The VRD located outside the rights-of-way of the blocks are not part of the present consultation. Supported by the town of Saint-Cyr-L'Ecole, this real estate program meets the need for local companies to set up and develop economic activities, and is in keeping with a policy of integration into the local area. The plot is located in an area subject to approval by the Architectes des Bâtiments de France, due to its proximity to the park and the Château de Versailles, as well as to the Saint Cyr military academy. The plot is located to the south of the aerodrome, at the level of its main access along the redeveloped Avenue Beltrame, a major axis structuring the new district with the ZAC Charles Renard in its southern part. It is around 500m from the new "Les portes de Saint Cyr" station on tramway line 13, which links Saint Cyr to Saint Germain en Laye. This real estate project involves the construction of a business park for small-scale and/or industrial activities, with a total surface area of around 10,000 m², divided between 80% and 90% dedicated to business activities and 10% to 20% dedicated to offices. The construction of the Saint-Cyr l'École business park is based on strong environmental considerations. The VRD located outside the right-of-ways of the blocks are not part of the present consultation.
