The harmonious urban development of the Brussels region requires a qualitative development of public space and green areas. Brussels Environment manages 340 ha of parks and public spaces and 1,640 ha of woods in the Brussels region. As such, this administration is also required to create or participate in the creation of new facilities within the framework of partnerships involving several institutions (Beliris, municipalities, regional institutions, etc.) Given the density and densification of certain urban areas in the region, the creation of new parks and the greenest public spaces is an increasingly important challenge. As a project manager, the service provider will support the activities of the "Development Projects" department within the "Green Spaces" division. In addition to contributing to the definition of programming and project management, the contractor's main task will be to monitor and coordinate the development of projects for new parks and urban spaces/renovation projects for existing parks/monitoring of the development of these projects.From the date of notification of the contract, the successful tenderer will have a maximum of three months to organise the approval of the contractor by Brussels Environment and to ensure that the contractor takes up his duties. The contractor must meet the minimum requirements in terms of experience and training (see below - conditions of execution).
