Description

Basic repair of the road and ancillary areas as well as renewal of the drinking water, electricity and telecommunications lines.

The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, represented by the Ministry of Economics, Transport and Innovation, represented by Landesbetrieb Straßen, Brücken und Gewässer, Hamburger Wasserwerke GmbH, Stromnetz Hamburg GmbH and the telecommunications companies Dataport, wilhelm.tel and Vodafone intend to carry out an extensive redesign of the roadway and ancillary areas as well as the repair and adaptation of the supply systems along Elbchaussee from Parkstrasse to Klopstockstrasse. In order to reduce the costs for the shareholders and to be able to carry out the construction projects quickly and in a coordinated manner, the shareholders have decided on extensive cooperation, which primarily involves the joint procurement of construction services.

The invitation to tender is divided into chapters for joint services and services to be allocated to the individual shareholders (specialist chapters). Joint services are only those services that cannot be clearly allocated to the fixed assets of the individual shareholders.

The renewal of the roads and pipelines is divided into several construction phases. The start of construction, beginning with the installation of the road traffic detour, has been set as a binding date of 31.03.2025. The construction specifications and the list of services are divided into chapters in accordance with the cooperation; the overall project consists of the following main services.

The joint services include the following services, among others: Construction site facilities, technical processing, explosive ordnance detection, tree protection, waste and soil management, traffic safety services.

The LSBG's services include the basic repair of the road (approx. 35,000 m²) including ancillary areas and the construction of an engineering structure on Schulberg.

The total scope of the drinking water pipeline construction for the HWW includes approx. 8,370 m of ready-to-use main and supply pipelines (130 m DN 80 GGGZmPE, 4,300 m DN 100 GGGZmPE, 80 m DN 150 GGGZmPE, 70 m DN 200 GGGZmPE, 3,790 m DN 800 GGGZmPE, 1,200 m DN 25-65 Cu or PE and approx. 1,200 m of connecting pipes).

The total scope of the line renovation for SNH includes approx. 20,000 m of low and medium-voltage lines (construction of approx. 7250 m of cable trench for various voltage levels, of which approx. 1850 m is a joint line trench with HWW, as well as approx. 1840 m joint cable trench with wilhelm.tel, construction of 20 road crossings with 12x125mm PVC pipe each, construction of 8 road crossings with 10x125mm PVC pipe each, construction of 1 road crossing with 4x125mm PVC pipe each, installation of approx. 11400 m PVC pipe 125mm in road crossings and side areas as well as in the area of driveways, installation or replacement of approx. 4700m medium-voltage cable, removal of approx. 3900m medium-voltage cable, installation or replacement of approx. 13500m of low-voltage cable, removal of approx. 6000m of low-voltage cable, installation or replacement of approx. 8800m of FM cable, installation or replacement of approx. 11000m of fiber optic cable, installation or replacement of approx. 5000m of public utility cable, renovation/replacement of 7 cable distribution cabinets).

The total scope of the expansion of wilhelm.tel comprises approx. 3,800 m of telecommunication lines.

The total scope of the expansion of Dataport comprises approx. 2,000 m of telecommunication lines.

The scope of Vodafone's expansion includes the laying of empty conduits.
