Description

The subject of the contract is the delivery together with installation of the installation for the recovery of recyclable materials in the Waste Management Plant in Zakurzewo near Grudziądz, also referred to as the process line in the following part of the ToR. The scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) preparation and presentation to the Contracting Authority for its opinion of the documentation in the form of the "Hall Machinery Plan" together with obtaining necessary opinions and agreements and submitting it to the Contracting Authority for approval; 2) selection, purchase, delivery and installation of brand new equipment and machines, in accordance with the hall Machinery Plan accepted by the Contracting Authority, in particular: 3) modernization of the existing sorting line by: a) disassembly of the final elements of the sorting line leading out the 80-260 mm fraction and the alternative fuel produced. The Contractor shall dismantle the automatic loading station for 80-260 mm fraction ballast waste and dismantle the container press gathering the produced alternative fuel under the conditions specified in the technical and technological description of the installation for the recovery of recyclable materials, enclosed as Appendix No. 6 to the ToR;b) execution of a complete flyover (complete steel structure) on prefabricated foundations, received from the Ordering Party, together with two roofed conveyors transporting waste from the existing sorting plant line, located in the sorting plant hall (object no. 1) to the hall for recovery of recyclable materials (object no. 2) in the form of residues from the sorting of 80-260 mm fractions and in the form of crushed alternative fuel or components intended for its production. All elements of the steel structure of the flyover and conveyors located outside buildings should be hot-dip galvanized.4) assembly works should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law and the Environmental Protection Law and with the technological description and execution of the necessary electrical power supply installations, from the RG switchgear located inside the recycling hall (object no. 2) [graphic annexes, constitute attachment no. 7 to the ToR], to the line control installation, dust extraction, ventilation, air conditioning and heating of the cabin and control, closed-circuit television and other installations necessary for the proper operation of the technological line.5) development of the technological and final acceptance program, containing all the detailed activities that will be necessary to perform (after the acceptance is completed, the installation shall be considered as reliable and in accordance with the provisions of this ToR) and submitting it to the Contracting Authority for acceptance; 6) start-up of the installed technological line;7) training of the Employer's employees in operation and maintenance of the technological line at the stage of technological acceptance, in theory and practice, in the total amount of at least 2 x 8 hours, shall be confirmed by protocol, specifying the scope and duration of training;8) obtaining, for the supplied and installed equipment, if required, the necessary permits for their entry into operation and use (e.g. 9) developing work instructions, in accordance with the requirements of the Work and Social Policy Min. of 26.9.1997 on general rules of safety and hygiene at work (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2003, No. 169, item 1650), concerning: technological processes applied in the plant and performance of work related to hazards of accident or health of employees, operation of machinery and other technical equipment. Due to technical limitations, the Contracting Authority informs that the description of the subject of the contract is included in the ToR, as well as a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the technical and technological description of the installation for recovery of recyclable materials, which is attached as Appendix No. 6 to the ToR.
