Germany - Conversion of office space in the Axel Springer Building, Caffamacherreihe 1-3, 20355 Hamburg - Mobile Partition Wall Systems

The Landesbetrieb Immobilienmanagement und
Grundvermögen ( LIG ) of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg ( FHH ) is planning to convert the target areas for the Office for IT and Digitalization ( IT - D ) of the Hamburg Senate Chancellery . These areas are located on floors 4 , 5 and 7 of wing C in the former Axel - Springer - building in the
Caffamacherreihe 1 -3 in Hamburg's new town. The Senate Chancellery IT - D already uses the office space in wing C 2 on the 7th floor. Therefore, the project is organized in 2 construction phases, between which the space on the 7 .
OG C 2 will be cleared. The areas are mainly accessed via a central staircase and elevator core ( " CM" ), the access to which is located in the Stella Hall on the ground floor.
first floor. Escape and rescue routes are also located in the outside corridors facing Caffemacherreihe and Kaiser - Wilhelm - Str.
Kaiser - Wilhelm - Str . located cores "CO" and "CW".
