Description

Heating work for the new construction and extension of a 2-storey building in timber frame construction on a floor area of approx. 1,050 m² with the following scope: The existing building is supplied with heat energy via an existing gas boiler; this system will remain in operation during the extension and will not be renovated. A separate, new heat supply system is to be installed for the new building. A monovalent brine-to-water heat pump is to be installed. Geothermal energy is to be used as a regenerative energy source by means of a geothermal system with geothermal probes. A field of nine probes, each 130 m deep, will be installed to cover the heating and cooling load. The system technology is installed on the first floor in room 0.19 and essentially consists of the following components: - a brine-water heat pump - a 500 l buffer tank - brine piping for heat pumps/distribution shaft. The distributor is installed on the first floor. In winter operation, the system is used exclusively for heating (heating mode); in summer operation, the system is used exclusively for cooling (cooling mode). The following consumer circuits are planned: - AHU (heater/cooler) - underfloor heating (heating/cooling) All rooms in the new building will be equipped with underfloor heating. The room temperatures are controlled via room control units. To maintain the upper room temperature limit of 28°C, the cooling supply is provided by means of passive cooling. The basic cooling is ensured by means of silent cooling via the floor surface, taking into account the formation of the dew point. To support this, the ventilation system is equipped with a supply air cooler.
