Description

In order to improve the safety of agents and users in work and intervention zones on the entire national road network (conceded and non-conceded), prevention strips must make it possible to attract the attention of users who have not strayed from the neutralised lane by means of an audible and vibratory alert. The purpose of the contract is:- firstly, to equip the nine Interregional Road Directorates (DIRs) with two batches of six Temporary Audible Warning Devices (DASTs) and two machines for their installation and removal and one DIR with a batch of six DASTs and one machine;- secondly, to enable each of the eleven DIRs to be equipped with a batch of DASTs and/or machines according to their needs in order to ensure the use of these devices by all the Maintenance and Intervention Centres (CEI) operating separate carriageways.
Objective expected from the market:- to enable the installation of DASTs upstream of the neutralized lanes by equipping 18 CEIs (two per DIR) in order to minimize the risk of accidents in the vicinity of intervention zones;- to enable the reissuance of order forms in the coming years depending on the effectiveness of the device and changes in the needs of the DIRs;- to ensure the training of agents in the use of the machine and DASTs.Expected deliverables:- supply of batches of six DASTs accompanied by the maintenance plan and the instruction/storage manual for each batch delivered;- supply of machines and the equipment necessary for their use (camera(s), remote control, console) allowing the installation and removal of the DASTs, accompanied by the maintenance plan and the instruction/storage manual for the machines and the associated equipment (console, camera(s), remote control) for each machine delivered;- training: the service provider undertakes to provide any spare parts that may prove necessary for the proper operation of the machines beyond the warranty period. To this end, he shall draw up a quotation indicating the price for the supply of spare parts and replacements for the machines.
