Contracting services of project drafting, construction management, health and safety coordination and the execution of the works related to the resulting executive project with special attention to the restoration of its patrimonial elements, for the adaptation and improvements of the municipal premises located at Rauric street, 6 and 8, Barcelona, for its start-up, with sustainable public contracting measures financed with Next Generation eu funds in execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (hereinafter PRTR) established by Royal Decree Llei 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of the public administration and for the execution of the PRTR, and by Council Regulation (EU) 2 2 /2 94 of December 14, 2 2 , which establishes a European Union recovery instrument to support the recovery from the COVID-19 crisis, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2021/241 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 12 February 2 21, which establishes the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism (hereinafter, RRM).
