The Electoral Service requires the contracting of the software development service for the implementation of a system that allows the payment, registration and control of contributions of Political Parties, in accordance with the obligations established in Article 39 Law of DFL No. 4, of 2017, of the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency, which establishes the consolidated, coordinated and systematized text of Law No. 18,603, Constitutional Organic Law of Political Parties.
