The vehicle goes onto the public road for this purpose. Because of the municipality's desire for rapid electrification of the BAT department's fleet, a battery-electric vehicle is being requested. The goal is to award the contract to one contractor. Award is based on Best Price-Quality Ratio (BPKV), via award on value.This procurement will take place exclusively and entirely digitally online using the Mercell-Source-to-Contract platform (www.negometrix.com / www.mercell.com). A detailed instruction on digital tendering can be found in the Questionnaires.The Contracting Authority reserves the right, in accordance with Article 2.18.3(b) of the 2012 Procurement Act, to put part of the supplies/services on the market outside this tendering procedure. In this regard, the estimated value will be less than €80,000.00 (excluding VAT) and no more than 20% of the total value of the contract.
