Description

Contract of the occasional and urgent labourer service connected and not to transport.
The requirement concerns only one Armed Force (Aeronautica militare) and is aimed at meeting the needs of a single entity (Palazzo Aeronautica). It is required any use of technical equipment owned or available to the company (forklifts, slings, ladders, materials for assembly and disassembly of furniture and walls, equipment for handling safes) and possible supply of packaging materials owned or available to the company (crates, boxes, bubble wrap, ribbons and wrapping paper) for central needs of the Ministry of Defence, single lot.The National Collective Bargaining Agreement for personnel employed by companies operating under contract on behalf of the Defence Administration, drawn up at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy on 20.7.2001 and subsequent amendments, will be applied. In particular, with regard to the means, the method of carrying out the service, as well as the fees for the use of the equipment, reference is made to Article 8 of the attached draft contract. The amount on the basis of the tender is net of VAT and/or other statutory taxes and contributions and is presumptive, given that the value of the salaries and contributions will be determined on the basis of the services actually requested and the Armed Forces' actual requirements, also taking into account financial and regulatory constraints and budget forecasts. Therefore, this amount is in no way binding and binding for the contracting station. Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of the Code, the amount of the lot includes the labour costs, which are made up of the amount of the hourly costs provided for in the FISE table (Ministerial Decree of 5.3.2010, published in OJ no. 70 of 25.3.The tender will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 4, letter b) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, according to the single percentage discount applied as a reduction to the basic price. The competitor will be asked to express a discount on the auction base price, equal to 5 % (five percent), expressed as a percentage of the total hourly cost for workers of various levels by the National Collective Labour Agreement for personnel employed by companies operating under contract on behalf of the Administration of Defence stipulated at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, on 20.7.2001, between FISE and FILT CGIL, FIT CISL and UILTrasporti, and precisely on the values shown in the table attached to the Ministerial Decree of 5.3.2010 (published in OJ No 70 of 25.3.2010).
