The District invites detailed Proposals from experienced multi-disciplinary consultant firms (“Proponents”) with expertise in commercial real estate, tenant mix, office/retail design, and public space design and activation for the provision of a report outlining possible improvements to the tenant mix, size of retail/commercial spaces, design and use of the plaza and community space at Lynn Valley Village to enhance and draw new pedestrian and retail traffic.Proponents interested in this opportunity are invited to submit a Proposal.
