Description

The subject of the award procedure is the provision of services with regard to the processing of various types of subsidies. In this context, concrete, project-related service packages from a framework agreement are called off individually. The individual calls may include one or more of the following service modules: - Creation of a web form with a corresponding database; - Digital data plausibility checks in connection with public databases (e.g. ZMR); - Operation of the subsidy application; - Operation of a call center with 1st/2nd level support (support for at least 1 million potential subsidy customers); - Creation of transferable data and cleaning of interfaces; - Payment management; - Verification control and recovery management.
