The present framework agreement concerns assistance in the realization of documentary services in the fields of safety at work and the environment for CEA Le Ripault.
The present framework agreement concerns assistance in the realization of documentary services in the fields of safety at work and the environment for CEA Le Ripault.The various types of services concerned can be, as an indication- Drafting of conventional safety studies (ESC),- Assessment of professional risks if requested independently of an ESC,- Drafting of safety instructions,- Drafting of Document Relating to Protection Against Explosions (DRPCE), - Drafting of risk analyses in various fields, - Drafting of files for Installation Classified for Environmental Protection (ICPE),- Drafting of regulatory analysis sheets (FAR) or any other regulatory compliance analysis document in the field of the environment, - Participation in safety visits (or visits before commissioning) and drafting of the minutes, - Participation in meetings whose subject is the management of daily safety, and drafting of the minutes.The services requested are grouped into 5 categories according to the estimated volume of work:- Category A concerns participation in visits or meetings followed by the drafting of a report - Category B concerns the simplest documents (1 to 5 pages) - Category C concerns documents requiring an applied risk analysis (5 to 30 pages) - Category D concerns documents requiring an elementary exhaustive risk analysis (30 to 50 pages) - Category E concerns documents requiring a complex risk analysis (more than 50 pages) The framework agreement includes a firm 24-month phase and two optional phases of 12 months each.The maximum volume of services is 750 documents over the maximum duration of the framework agreement (48 months).
